Payroll Services

Our payroll service takes the drudgery out of having to pay your employees. It is extremely easy to use and fully complies with all aspects of payroll legislation. All of our payrolls are turned around the same day and we endeavour to accommodate your every requirement. There is a variety of ways that input can be sent to us - by hand, post, fax, e-mail or comms. After processing, the output may be either collected or we can deliver in our van or by post.

Payments can be made directly into your employees' bank accounts as we are a fully approved BACS bureau. We can even post payslips directly to employees' home addresses for companies who have a wide-spread work force.

Processing includes:

• All changes to employee information
• New employees and Leavers
• Input of all variable pay data
• Calculation of Tax, NIC, SSP, SMP, Tax Credits and Students Loan
• Calculation of Pension
• Administration of deductions
• P45s
• Payslips
• Management reports
• Payments to the Inland Revenue

At year-end all figures are reconciled and P14/P60/P35 forms are printed. We can also submit this information to the Revenue on magnetic media.
