Payroll Services

Our payroll service takes the drudgery out of having to pay your employees. It is extremely easy to use and fully complies with all aspects of payroll legislation. All of our payrolls are turned around the same day and we endeavour to accommodate your every requirement. There are a variety of ways that input can be sent to us – by hand, post, fax or e-mail.

After processing, the output may be either collected or we can deliver in our van or by post or email. However, these days with the internet, most clients prefer to have everything delivered by email.

Payments can be made directly into your employees’ bank accounts as we are a fully approved BACS bureau. For companies who have a wide-spread work force, we can even post payslips directly to employees’ home addresses or email them to their personal email addresses.

Processing includes:

  • All changes to employee information
  • New employees and Leavers
  • Input of all variable pay data
  • Calculation of Tax, NIC, SSP, SMP, SPP, ASPP, ShPP, Court Orders and Students Loan
  • Calculation of Pension (including Auto-enrolement)
  • Administration of deductions
  • P45s
  • Payslips
  • Management reports
  • Payments to the Inland Revenue
  • Submission of RTI to HMRC

At year-end, since the advent of RTI, there are no figures to reconcile as this is done each pay period. However we still print P60 forms for the employees.
